My Squidoo News

One of my earliest starts in making a lens was languishing in the bottom of the red WIP list for a very long time. I decided to put a little work into it and publish it, although it is not even close to what I visualize it to become.

How to Choose and Use a Wood Burning Stove is ready just in time fro winter. It is a big topic, but if I choose the most important highlights I think it could prove to be a really helpful lens to people who want to use alternative energy heat for their home.
I also dashed off a lens (well, not quite dashed off, it took a very long day with lots of hours to finish, but I did it on the day I started it) on my favorite spice, Cardamom.
Sometimes there really is no rhyme or reason in how I do things.
I received the honor of two more purple stars, and without nominating myself! Yes, people actually like me. They consider my lenses worth while.... this is one of the nicest perks of Squidoo. There are many forms of affirmation. Happy Day :) Which ones, you wonder?
  1. Gardens in Ohio won a purple star.
  2. Tussie Mussies won a purple star.
  3. 1001 Arabian Nights Halloween Costumes won a purple star.
  4. Cottage Gardens won a purple star.
This award, the purple star, means my peers believe the content and lensmaking skills to be up to their standards of excellence.
